This Realiant Media Minute gives agents, property owners, or building
professionals a concise explanation they can use when planning media or
working with Realiant Photography.
Agents need a fast, understandable way to schedule media while they are coordinating sellers, timelines, and listing launch dates.
The goal is to make the product, process, and practical value easier to

I want to talk to you about some changes that we’ve made at Realiant Photography. I am Scott Kemp with Realiant Photography. This is Realiant Media Minute, and we’ve got a new booking system. We started using it on January 1 of the episode year.
Why did we do that? Our goal was to improve the agent experience. Behind the scenes, it is a little harder for us to use, but it creates a better experience for agents. So it took hours and hours and hours I don’t know how many hours so we’re still working on switching it over but it was important to us because it just gives you guys a better experience.
It’s easier for you guys to book properties. You can go in there and clearly see immediately the packages that you want, the add-ons that you want, what the prices are going to be and that’s really important for us. And we’ve, you know, previous video we’ve talked about lowering our prices and that’s in there.
We have now flat pricing for everything under 2,500 square feet which should cover 95% of the homes out there. That means a shoot for one house in that range follows the same base pricing as the next house in that range, so you can understand the cost. Another option the system supports is pay at closing.
The agent can pay at closing while Realiant receives payment through the provider. The system also provides the back end for photo delivery. When we deliver the pictures, you can go to the portal and download them without spending a lot of time figuring out the process.
So one thing I really like about this system is it offers the ability to create a marketing kit and that is, that is so powerful you guys. You can make, it makes like social media posts for you using the photography that we’ve given you and it has just dropped it easy to grab that, put it on Facebook, put it on Instagram and really improve your social media game.
You know we’re still making improvements, and we’re still figuring out ourselves. We love your guys’ feedback on what we did right, what we did wrong, how we can improve. Let’s make this the best booking system for you guys possible. Go to realiantphotography.com, click the Book Now button, and select real-estate photography to enter the booking system.
We look forward to working with you. I’m Scott Kemp with Realiant Photography.
