Choose the useful combination June 11, 2026

More media is only better when it adds understanding

More media is not automatically better. The useful question is which
combination will help buyers understand the property, help the agent present
it clearly, and fit the actual launch timeline.

The media-options walkthrough

The walkthrough introduces Matterport tours, longer agent-guided videos, and
same-day delivery. It also explains how different 3D-tour products emphasize
different parts of the online experience.

You’ve asked and we’ve listened—we have some new options to go over. How
exciting! I’m Jason with Realiant Photography. Let’s hop into the shopping cart
and take a look.

You join me here on the homepage. Hopefully you’re familiar with our cart and
how it works. If you are not, please go check out our other video, which shows
you exactly how to use it and goes over some of our options. We’re going to
come down here and hop into the Elite package, which unlocks every option that
we have. Let’s take a look at what’s new.

Let’s start in the 360-tour upgrades section. You know that we do iGUIDE, but
now we also do Matterport. Everybody is familiar with Matterport; it’s kind of
the household name when it comes to walkthrough tours. We’ve added it as an
option, so you can pick whether you like iGUIDE or Matterport.

We will do a more in-depth video later about which is which, but here’s a quick
overview. iGUIDE is going to be a little more accurate when it comes to your
floor plan. It has better options outside the actual walkthrough experience,
with a little more accuracy and detail. It uses LiDAR, so it’s a little more
high-tech. Matterport has that nice dollhouse view and smooth walkthrough
experience.

If you really value the walkthrough, go with Matterport. If you really value
accuracy and a nice floor plan, go with iGUIDE. That’s just the basic
difference, and again, we’re going to have another video on that.

Having Matterport now is really exciting. We want to be as accessible to every
realtor as we can and offer enough options that you can get exactly what you
want. If you haven’t watched our video on the iGUIDE 360 Estate, you should.
That is our most premium floor-plan and 3D-tour product. I’m not going to go
over it much more here, but you can check out that video as well. It basically
gives you a floor plan or site map for the entire property. If there are
gardens and multiple buildings, it’s pretty sweet.

Let’s hop over to our next new option, which is under the video options. If you
aren’t doing agent-guided tours already, I would highly recommend one. It
really sells you as the agent to potential clients while also selling the
house. And what’s better than getting more business? Nothing.

Under Agent-Guided Tour, we now have an extended-cut or director’s-cut option.
If you have a big, nice property, or if you just really like to go in depth on
every detail, you can now go to 8 to 12 minutes instead of our usual 4 to 6
minutes. If you want to get every little detail and have a much longer,
slower-paced video, it’s a nice option. Again, we just want to offer you
flexibility.

The last new option we’re going to talk about is probably the one that I am
personally most excited for: same-day delivery. I know the norm in this world is
24-hour or next-day delivery, which is great. I still think that’s really fast,
but now we have the ability to do same-day delivery.

Of course, it is schedule-dependent and will not always be available. We will
see when you purchase the option, and if it isn’t available, we will let you
know right away. Most of the time, you will be able to get those photos before
the end of the business day. Like I said, it is all schedule-dependent. If it’s
the middle of summer and we’re completely slammed, it may not be available. But
most of the time it should be.

That is really awesome because we can shoot your house at 9 a.m., be editing by
2 p.m., and you can have it listed with the photos by the end of that business
day. I’m really, really stoked for this option. We’ve already had a couple of
people take us up on it, and it seems like it’s going to be really nice.

That’s all I’ve got for you today. I just wanted to run over a couple of new
options. I hope you check them out. If you have any questions, you’re always
welcome to reach out. We’ll see you next time.

Match the option to the listing

Match the option to the property

Choose the smallest combination that answers the listing’s real questions:

  • Use a floor plan for a layout that is difficult to understand.
  • Use a 3D tour when remote exploration adds value.
  • Use an agent-guided video when the agent’s explanation is part of the story.
  • Request faster delivery only when the launch schedule genuinely requires it.

Ask Realiant Photography which options are currently available for the
property and appointment date.
