How ThruVision 360 Adds Value for Builders

ThruVision 360 gives builders a practical way to add value, differentiate their work, and provide clients with a lasting project record.

This Realiant Media Minute gives agents, property owners, or building
professionals a concise explanation they can use when planning media or
working with Realiant Photography.

A documented view behind the walls can become part of the client handoff. It gives the owner useful information and gives the builder another way to demonstrate a thoughtful process.

The goal is to make the product, process, and practical value easier to
understand before the next project.

Are you a home builder in Oregon? I’m Scott Kemp, owner of Realiant Photography, and I want to talk to you about the ThruVision 360 product. It’s incredible. You can offer it to your clients as an upsell for the custom homes that you are building, and it lets you see behind the walls X-ray vision before the insulation goes up, before the sheetrock comes in.

So what it does, we come in there, we take pictures of it in the studs, and we document the entire home. And price is very affordable. We’re talking about 12 cents a square foot, very cheap compared to the overall cost for the house. And the peace of mind that it gives your clients is incredible.

Builders can choose to offer the product as an additional service. So of course, why would they want to know what’s behind their walls? Well, they might have future expansion ideas. They might want to add a fireplace.

They might want to put in blocking for a big screen TV. There’s so many reasons why. And if you own a home, you, I’m sure, would love to have that same product for your home. So offer it to your clients.

It’s a tremendous value add. So let’s take a quick look at the product here. What you’re going to get and what you can deliver to your clients is a 360 tour of the home in the studs with all the utilities in. And we can click around and walk around this house, look around, look up, look down.

Everything is covered. We have a beautiful floor plan here that’s very detailed where they can place themselves. Like, what do they want to look at? They want to go to the office here and look at the fireplace.

That’s it. And they can see where the flue runs. It’s just a tremendous value add there. So, of course, multiple floors are no problem.

Low light is no problem because this particular basement was so dark. You have to trust me. You couldn’t see very well. I think they had one little light bulb in the corner.

You can see it there and a little bit of window light. It was much darker than it looks here. And that’s the cool thing about this camera is it can kind of see in the dark. So, if you’re a custom home builder in Oregon and you want to add value to your product, contact us, get on our schedule.

We need to be there right before the insulation comes in. Check out the link below and we would love to come shoot this for you. Scott Kemp, Realiant Photography.
