How to Download Your ThruVision 360 Tour

Hey there, Jason May, Operations Manager here at Realiant Photography. So, you’ve learned what ThruVision 360 is, you’ve learned how to order one, you’ve ordered one, we’ve come out and we’ve shot your beautiful new home that you’re building, and now it’s time to get your order delivered and get the goods to you.

So, what I have pulled up here is the email that you will receive when your order is done. It looks like this, you can download your media and you can pay here. You must go through and pay your balance before you will get access to the media. That’s how our system works.

So, you click here to pay your balance, then you’re off to the races, and you come back, click this download media button, or go to that page from the payment portal. We’re going to hop over there next. Alright, so you’re here in your account, you’ve paid, and you have your shoot right here. This is what it looks like on your end.

I know it’s not the prettiest website in the world, but it gets the job done. Over here in site media on the left is where everything lives. This is where you will find your floor plans, both in PDF and JPEG form. It’s another perk that comes with ordering the ThruVision 360 and an iGUIDE.

The product that we use to create our ThruVision 360 is called iGUIDE, and it gives you that 3D tour, as well as nice floor plans, room measurements, and all that. That all comes with. There’s no extras there. You get this with every order.

So, this is what our floor plans look like. You also get this nice PDF download. Again, just another floor plan option, but that’s not why you’re really here. You’re really here for the ThruVision 360 part.

We have a couple different versions of the links just depending on what works for you, but we’re going to hit view down here on this, and it takes you right here. This may look familiar. This is the same house that Scott used to demonstrate. See, this is actually an example right here of what we would like to avoid.

These walls are already covered up in this room that I jumped into. We don’t know what’s behind them, so that’s why it’s just so, so, so important to get this done right when the walls are like this, and you have your plumbing in and your electric in and no plywood up, no insulation. They did a really good job booking it at this house at the right time.

Like Scott said, it’s like a 6000 square foot house. It’s never going to be perfect, but yeah. So, this is how you can access this tour that’s really useful online, and as Scott said, the most helpful part here is this measuring tool where you can select distances to measure from on here as you go.

Back on our landing page here where you paid for your order and where your media is hosted, you will see those floor plans, the PDF, and your online links, but what you really want to know is how to download it for you to keep. Now, you will be receiving a separate email called an iGUIDE View report that’s going to come in after you pay for your order.

Let’s go hop over there now. All right, back on our email, we have this iGUIDE Portal, iGUIDE report. Obviously, this is just a test address. I can see it.

You can’t though. We’re going to hop in here, and this, this is the money right here. This is what you want. These are all of your downloads, everything that you need is right here.

And the main thing you need to look at is this offline iGUIDE download. This is how you get it to put on your computer and keep for yourself. So, we’re going to download that. It’s going to zip.

I know everybody hates zip files, but stick with me here. This one is not too complicated. I know you can do it. All right, so our files have downloaded and have been zipped and fair warning, this took like five to 10 minutes.

So don’t worry, it’s not frozen. It’s not broken. It’s just a lot that has to get compressed and downloaded. So just stick with it.

Yeah, so anyways, here we are. We have our zip file. We’re going to right click on it. We’re going to hit extract all.

We’re going to hit extract. And then it’s going to extract, which again is going to take a second here. So, and just like that, we have our extracted folder right here again at a redacted redacted address. We’re going to come into here and no one likes this.

This is ugly, but it’s okay. Stick with me. All you need right here is this index.html. This is the magic.

This is saving your computer. This is yours. If you open it, look where we are right back in here. This is yours to keep.

This is different than the online one. That one is purely online. That is not yours. You don’t own that.

You have access to it. But this one that we just opened up through that zip file is all yours. Do not delete everything out of that file. Do not mess with it.

Just pretend everything else in there does not exist. Just focus on the index.html and you’ll be all set. All right. I’m Jason May with Realiant Photography.
